The journey to the grand finals was an arduous one for both Fnatic and Evil Geniuses. Map No. 1: Lotus

From the opening moments of the grand finals, Fnatic showcased its unrivaled determination. Its coordinated attacks and strategic gameplay overwhelmed Evil Geniuses right from the start. The first started off with even competition, resulting in a 6-6 switch. However, Fnatic stepped up its game in the second half and Evil Geniuses struggled to find a foothold. Fnatic lost only two rounds in the second half and won the map with a 13-8 score.

Map No. 2: Split

Entering the second map, Fnatic’s momentum remained unshaken. The team started off by showcasing a dominant performance and secured 8 rounds in the first half. In the second half, Evil Geniuses fought valiantly, attempting to regain its footing, but Fnatic’s coordinated pushes and impeccable aim proved insurmountable. Fnatic closed the second map with a 13-11 score.

Map No. 3: Bind

As the tension escalated in the grand finals, Evil Geniuses faced a daunting challenge: reverse the tide and stage a comeback. Evil Geniuses started off with an incredible performance and it dominated the first half with a 8-4 switch. However, Fnatic stayed undeterred. It made a comeback in the second half and equalized the score to 12-12 by the end of the second half. Evil Geniuses fought tooth and nail, but its efforts were futile against the sheer brilliance of Fnatic. In the first overtime, Fnatic won two consecutive rounds to close the map and win the tournament with 3-0 score.
