Team SouL Announces Its New BGMI Roster

Embracing the dawn of the New Year, Team SouL has announced its highly-anticipated roster of Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI). The team has acquired the complete former BGMI roster of Blind Esports, including five players, an analyst, and a coach. The reunion between Team SouL and Blind Esports’ former champion roster promises a fresh narrative for the organization. Sponsored by iQOO, this new team will be playing under the name Team iQOOSouL in upcoming BGMI tournaments.

Team SouL Farewells to Familiar Faces, Welcomes New Icons

On 24th December 24, Team SouL bid farewell to the cherished icons that once adorned their lineup – Harsh “Goblin” Paudwal, Sahil “Omega” Jakhar, Akshat “AkshaT” Goel, Sohail “Hector” Shaikh, and Naman “Neyo.” This farewell was not merely a roster change; it was a chapter concluding on a familial bond shared between the team and its devoted fans. Simultaneously, Blind Esports, BGMI Pro Series (BMPS) 2023 champions, also bid farewell to their roster on the very day.

Team SouL has finally announced its new roster on the very first day of 2024, starting the year on a positive note. In addition to the five players, Team SouL has also signed the former coach and former analyst of Blind Esports.

The team include the following members:

  • Mohammad “Manya” Raja – In-game Leader (IGL)
  • Nakul “NakuL” Sharma
  • Manpreet “Rony” Singh
  • Rudra “Spower” B
  • Khush “Jokerr” Singh
  • Shubham “Mayavi” Chawla – Coach
  • Ayogi – Analyst

The team’s ascent to prominence was not quite easy. Their story started off with a notable fourth position in BMPS Season 1, transitioning into an indisputable force by clinching the BGMI Masters Series (BGMS) 1 title. The journey since has been a full of triumphs – from dominating BMPS 2023 to conquering the Skyesports Championship 5.0 and Skyesports Championship Series earlier in the year. The team also attained a respectable fourth-place finish in BGIS 2023 and the India-Korea Invitational.
